Jennifer Marie Parrett, 27, North Manchester, formerly of Wabash, died at 6:35 p.m. Monday, March 8, 2010 in Wabash. She was born November 29, 1982 in Wabash, Indiana to Brad S. Parrett and Pamela G. (Turner) Light.
She was a 2001 graduate of Wabash High School and worked the past year and a half at Dairy Queen in Rochester. Jennifer was a member of the Potters House Ministries in Wabash. She loved being a mother and devoted all her time to her sons. She also enjoyed hanging out with friends, scrapbooking, music, and being outdoors enjoying nature.
She is survived by her mother, Pamela G. Light of North Manchester; her father, Brad S. Parrett of LaGrange, Indiana; her two sons, Isaiah F. Hunt and Elijah E. Hunt, both of Wabash; two sisters, Jessica L. Parrett of Columbia City, Indiana, and Brittany C. Light of North Manchester; her brother, Jeremy S. (Jessica M.) Parrett of Wabash; grandmother, Frances Parrett, of Wabash, and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Funeral services will be 4:00 p.m. Saturday, March 13, 2010 at Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service, 1241 Manchester Avenue, Wabash. Pastor Tim Prater will officiate. Burial will be in Falls Cemetery, Wabash. Friends may call from 1:30-4:00 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Preferred memorials are to Jennifer's sons, Isiah and Elijah.
